"Images" means photographs, digital photographs, photographic likenesses, visual content,

video content, composites, graphics, and related photographic works created by or on behalf of

CenterStage Photos.

"Services" means the CenterStage Photos website, online galleries, ordering platforms,

photography services, digital downloads, products, applications, communications, and all related

Organizations that engage CenterStage Photos may provide information necessary for the

administration of photography services.

Such information may include:

• Team rosters;

• Student rosters;• Participant lists;

• Athlete names;

• Parent contact information;

• Coach information;

• Organizational contact information;

• Event schedules; and

• Related operational information.

CenterStage Photos relies upon the Organization to ensure that it possesses the authority

necessary to provide such information to us.

When purchases are made through the Services, payment information is processed through

authorized third-party payment processors.

CenterStage Photos does not store complete payment card numbers on its systems.
